Membership is an investment in your future. You’ll gain 5% earnings on your $30,000 Future Residents Club deposit, which is applied towards your entrance fee when you move in.*
*Your deposit earns 5% annually, calculated on a non-compounding basis, for up to three years while on the waitlist. The earnings will be applied toward your entrance fee upon move-in. Should you cancel, your original deposit will be returned to you in full, without additional earnings, as outlined in the agreement. Please note that entrance fees, location premiums, and projected monthly fees are subject to change.
