Single-story 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom retirement villas include an attached garage and full kitchen with all appliances included. An emergency call system is standard in every home. Surrounding the central courtyard are the 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartment homes. With views of the neighborhood and of the lushly landscaped central courtyard, these residences are close to all the amenities in the Commons Building, including the dining room. Like the villa homes, all the apartment homes have full kitchens and come equipped with an emergency call system.

The adjacent Health Center offers easy access to nursing care services on a short- or long-term basis, if ever needed.
